"Joe, I just wanted to say thanks for an amazing workshop and two huge things stuck out to me in class. 1) Early management introduction and why it’s so important for me as a manager to meet the customer early in the process before bringing me the deal. 2) Your 3-pass negotiation process and specifically the A/B pencil presentation. We just finished our meeting the morning after I attended your workshop, and right away my salesperson had a tough customer. "I started as a salesman at Cass Burch with no experience in the car business and came to Joe Verde training before I did anything else.
