Shipping Information
What shipping options do you provide?
All orders shipped UPS Ground (where available) or USPS, based on the customer's selection and whether overnight or 2-Day is requested (additional charges will apply). Additional charges on all orders outside the Continental U.S. All orders payable in U.S. Dollars only.
All orders shipped using UPS are fully insured in transit. Delivery time is based on the shipping option you choose. All orders are shipped within 5-6 business days.
We ship to verifiable, physical street addresses. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, and APO addresses.
A recipient signature is required for delivery. For your security, you (or another adult authorized to sign for you) must be available to sign for your package at the designated shipping address.
Shipping costs are based on standard UPS weight and size tables.
Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, please select from available choices before checkout.
Do you ship to post office boxes?
At this time we are unable to ship to international addresses, US territories, PO boxes, and APO addresses.
May I have my order shipped to multiple ship-to addresses?
No, we do not allow the use of multiple ship-to addresses.
What do I do if I was shipped the wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit?
