What types of payment do you accept?
  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards only. We do not accept checks, cash, debit cards, or COD.

How do I know that you have received my order?

Does Joe Verde charge sales tax?
  Sales tax will be charged for shipments to: AZ, CA, CO, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA and charged to payment option selected.

  You may log in to your account and view your order history and shipping information. If you need a UPS tracking number for your order you can contact us via email and we will email you your tracking information.

  For the fastest service, we recommend that you order online. However, you may place your order by telephone at 800-445-6217, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.   If your order is in process, yes. However, if your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
