  Do you enjoy a very busy office working with customers over the phone? Can you multi-task outbound calls and data entry? Do you want to be part of a growing team?

We are the #1 sales and management training company in our industry. We are a stable growing company and have been in business since 1985. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep. to join our growing team.

  •  Build relationships with our customers over the phone.  
  •  Identify problems and offer solutions to customers over the phone.  
  •  Troubleshoot computer issues over the phone with customers.  
  •  Coach, encourage and motivate our customers on various programs and techniques.  
  Do you have what it takes?
  •  Ability to multi-task outbound calls and data entry.  
  •  Willingness to work with and adhere to scripts.  
  •  A self-starter with a positive attitude.  
  •  Outstanding communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot computer issues over the phone.  
  •  Computer helpdesk experience.
